Please read these Terms and Services (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before engaging with Kemecon Solutions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. Services Provided
Kemecon Solutions (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) offers the following services:
Web Design and Development (including hosting and maintenance options)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Graphic Design
Business Development and Lead Generation
Social Media Marketing
Each service may be governed by its own agreement, project scope, or contract.
3. Project Scope & Revisions
A project scope will be defined before work begins.
Revisions: We offer a set number of free revisions depending on the service package chosen. Excess revisions may incur additional charges.
Client Input: Timely feedback and content submission from the client are essential. Project delays due to late input are not our responsibility.
4. Payment Terms
All services provided by Kemecon Solutions operate under a subscription-based model.
Clients are billed either monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the selected plan.
Payment is due upfront at the start of each billing cycle.
Invoices will be sent electronically and must be paid via the available payment methods (e.g., credit card, e-transfer, or bank transfer).
Late Payments: Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
No Refunds: Because of the nature of digital and strategy-based services, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Any pricing changes or updates to your subscription will be communicated at least 14 days in advance.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Web Design projects cancelled before work has started may receive a partial refund, minus any consultation fees.
Ongoing services (e.g. SEO, social media) require 14 days' notice for cancellation.
A money-back guarantee may apply on a case-by-case basis where explicitly stated in the service agreement.
6. SEO & Marketing Disclaimers
SEO results vary and are influenced by competition, algorithm changes, and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee first-page rankings.
Marketing campaigns may take time to yield results; we commit to strategy execution, not guaranteed outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kemecon Solutions is not liable for:
Loss of business or profits due to website downtime, delays, or SEO fluctuations.
Issues arising from third-party platforms or plugins.
Our maximum liability under any agreement shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in question.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any project or ongoing service for abusive behavior, non-payment, or breach of terms. All outstanding payments will become due immediately upon termination.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Services at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes.
